The leadership philosophy is the foundation in which I have built an amazing life. I use this way of thinking in every part of my life. It has guided me in rearing four amazing children. Taught me to be mature in my finances and even comforted me through a very difficult divorce. Transformational leadership is the foundation of my mentorship program at my salons. Our associate program helps salon professionals develop the career of their dreams. I have studied and applied in depth the teachings of Jim Rohn, John Maxwell, Dave Ramsey, Tony Robbins and Keith Craft. Each mentor is still playing a major roll in influencing and growing every aspect of my life.

Since I was a child I had a different way of thinking. I could never conform to popular belief. These amazing leaders showed me that I was not alone in this way of thinking. I sincerely believe we are not designed for mediocrity or even a “good” life. We are designed for a “Great” life and to make an impact in other people’s lives. Why else are we working so hard? I believe we are supposed to leave our finger print on this earth by helping others and paving a way for others so one day we can hear from our creator “well done!”
